Scarce: Six copies are reported as owned by U.S. libraries, two of those copies being incomplete (one lacking the title-page, the other the plate). Three of the copies were at one time owned by the indefatigable collector Bern Dibner!

•  Uncut copy in recent plain wrappers old style (portion of original wrapper preserved and laid in). Plate repaired along one fold (virtually invisible), and one leaf with fore-edge expertly reinforced; dust-soiling. Now housed in a neat cloth clamshell case with red leather spine labels.
