Maltese Cross; spine blind-tooled with ornaments in compartments and the title
gilt-tooled;
board edges gilt-tooled. Housed in a custom crimson morocco clamshell box with
raised bands, title gilt on spine, and a white morocco Maltese cross onlaid
to front cover, shown above left; two of the centered, enlargable pictures
above were
taken of the book IN this box.
